Delivery & Shipping
I deliver worldwide. Orders are dispatched once a week.
All deliveries are shipped on a tracked or signed service. Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as the item has been shipped.
As customs policies vary widely by country, I cannot anticipate what these charges will be and I am not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or customs fees levied once your order reaches your country. Please contact your local government or post office for more information.
If you find anything wrong with your order please get in touch immediately and I will find a way to resolve it. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the arrival of your products will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. . Items must be returned in the condition and packaging that they arrived in.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
