Handmade cards made with vintage French and english paper. This collage work used to be part of my Art work when I was an Art student so I have decided to show it for the exhibition at Doux dimanche.

Les chaussons aux pommes d’Antonin.

Filling:

(for the mash apples)

• 4/5  apples
• 1/4 cup water
• 5/6 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons of cinnamon

For pastry:

(to cook in the oven 15 min)

• 1 puff pastry
• 1 egg, beaten to blend (for glaze)
• Superfine sugar (optional)

I am making lots of garlands, cards, self dry pots, plates and wall deco for an exhibition at 2 dimanche in Japan where we have been in June .
